add informasi untuk setingan Speed dan Duplex, pastikan sama antara speed & duplex port dan sisi host/PC.
jika port menggunakan speed-duplex : 100 Full-duplex maka NIC PC harus 100 Full-duplex, jika port speed-duplex : auto auto maka NIC pun harus auto-auto. case ini biasa terjadi pada NIC server (sensitif bo..)
